These two pieces were designed as companion pieces to be hung in the sanctuary of the church. The border motif is taken directly from the needlepoint kneelers made by the women of the church. These memorial pieces explain the symbols and stories of the church's life, as well as recognize the artists, craftswomen and donors who worked together on this project.
