MY FAITH, prayer and constant awe in God's creation. Nature, in general.

BRIDGES, modern support structures and large rusted machinery (?) -- not sure where this is leading me yet....

Quiet and solitude
are essential to my creativity and best work. But, I enjoy and need my friends. I look forward to opportunities when I can laugh and have stimulating, intelligent conversation. I welcome any chance to meet and connect with new people and talk about unusual topics and hear another persepective.
Aaron – best friend, life partner, live-in comedian, supporting patron, extraordinary human being

Rachel – culinary professional, creative, artistic, adept

Hannah – writer, imaginative, dramatic, quick-witted

My talent in Calligraphy has developed over the past 20 years while studying with master calligraphers and artists from Britain and the U.S., and by constantly honing my skills on commissioned and personal work.

I graduated cum laude from the University of Bridgeport with a B.S. degree in journalism. I am a member and past president of the Connecticut Valley Calligraphers and a member of CIVA (Christians In Visual Arts). My professional career has been in the publishing business – production, art and marketing. I love page layout and design and never tire of putting words and images together to deliver a message.

My faith is an important aspect of my authentic self. I'm an artistic and spiritual seeker - always have been. I am continually grateful for all God's blessings -- and as Joe Walsh says:
"I can't complain, but sometimes I still do, Life's been good to me so far."
